HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital

Committed to meeting the Region’s Health Care Needs

Guided by our mission to serve and heal, HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital has provided high-quality health care to Metro East communities for nearly 140 years. Now, as the practice and delivery of health care continues to change, so must we.

After years of extensive research, reflection, consideration and detailed planning we, St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, in agreement with the Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) and the Hospital Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis, plan to build a new, easily accessible replacement hospital along the I-64 “medical mile” corridor.

This patient-focused, technologically advanced campus will allow St. Elizabeth’s to surpass the limitations of our current facility and increase our ability to provide region leading, life-saving and life-sustaining, accessible care for thousands of Metro East residents for generations to come.
