St. Elizabeth’s Home Health Services of Belleville offers skilled health care to homebound patients. Our services are specifically designed to help each patient achieve and maintain his or her highest level of independent living. We also provide training and encouragement to family members as they help their loved one reach their goals.

Who we serve
St. Elizabeth’s Home Health Services has served homebound patients in St. Clair, Clinton, Madison, Monroe, Randolph and Washington Counties in Illinois since 1991.
Our caregivers
Our professional, friendly staff are specially trained in home health care. A home care nurse visits your home to assess your condition, contacts your physician to discuss your home care needs and determines the most appropriate services. We make every effort to provide continuity of care by sending the same professional or professionals to your home over the course of your treatment. And we always call before we visit.
St. Elizabeth’s Home Health Services is led by Carolyn Sitzes, RN, MSN, who has a master’s degree in community health nursing and 20 years experience in home care. Patient Care Supervisor Karen Kennedy, RN, BSN, has 15 nursing experience and is certified in home health coding.
Insurance coverage
Before our first visit, we will check with your insurance company to verify coverage. Typically, Medicaid and private insurance cover home care. Once the type of insurance coverage is approved, we bill the primary insurance carrier directly.

Our office is open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
