On June 17, HSHS Home Care Southern Illinois held a ribbon-cutting, bleassing and open house for their new office at 340 West Lincoln, Suite 580 in Belleville. St. Elizabeth's recently began offering home care services through HSHS Home Care Southern Illinois, which was expanded from sister hospital St. Anthony's Memorial in Effingham. Services are provided in 22 counties across the HSHS Southern Illinois Division service area.

St. Elizabeth's is privileged to serve as a teaching hospital for the SLU program that partners with Scott Air Force Base and Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation (SIHF).

(BELLEVILLE, IL) - Each year there are 900,000 early pregnancy losses, over 26,000 stillbirths, and approximately 19,000 neonatal deaths in the United States. To help support Metro East residents who are suffering from the devastating loss of a baby, HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital recently became a designated Share Chapter and will begin to host Share support group meetings beginning July 8 from 7-9 p.m.

Belleville Hospitals' Golf and Tennis Classic Celebrates 32nd Year

More than three decades ago, a group of Belleville civic and business leaders discussed ways they could help support Belleville’s two hospitals. With the assistance of Master’s Golf Champion Bob Goalby, this group founded the Belleville Hospitals’ Golf Classic to support Memorial and St. Elizabeth’s Hospitals. A tennis tournament was added in the early 1990’s.
