The Hospital Consumer Assessment of Health Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey measures your satisfaction with the quality of your care. The survey is backed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to improve the quality of health care to all consumers. The HCAHPS survey results are public (www.hospitalcompare.hhs.gov) so consumers can revew and compare information before choosing a health care provider.
