Whether you’re coming to St. Elizabeth’s for outpatient tests or surgery, or an inpatient stay, we do all we can to make the registration and admissions process as simple as possible.
Online Patient Pre-Registration
St. Elizabeth's Hospital has your convenience in mind. We are pleased to offer online pre-registration for those patients using St. Elizabeth's or one of our satellite locations for services.
Online pre-registration
For your convenience, St. Eliabeth's offers online pre-registration to save you time upon arrival and allow you to move to your service area promptly. It also ensures we have the most accurate information for your visit.

If you are Pre-Registered:
- You will receive a telephone call from our staff prior to your visit to gather insurance and other information.
- When you arrive at St. Elizabeth’s, you may report directly to the department or inpatient unit responsible for your treatment.
If you are NOT Pre-Registered:
- When you arrive at St. Elizabeth’s, go directly to Central Registration on the Second/Main Floor of the hospital, entering from the Parking Garage at level 2.
