Health Fair and Speaker requests
St. Elizabeth's Hospital welcomes the opportunity to share our health care expertise with the community. If you would like to request participation of St. Elizabeth's Hospital in a health fair or other similar community event, please download and submit a Health Fair Request Form at least two months in advance of the date of the event.
Additionally, we have many professionals available to speak to your organization about a number of health topics. To request a speaker, download and submit a Speaker Request form.
